GRATITUDE - a little goes a long way

Grateful people are happier, less depressed, less stressed, and more satisfied with their lives. Grateful people also have higher levels of control of their environments, personal growth, purpose in life, and self acceptance. Grateful people have more positive ways of coping with the difficulties they experience in life. The longest lasting effects are caused by the act of writing “gratitude journals” every day, coupled with reviewing what you are grateful for, at the beginning of each day.

I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE POWER OF MUSIC.


The music I remember from my past, so many years ago.


The music that makes me think of my Mom.


The music and poetry in them that got me through dark moments.


The music that make me smile.


The music that makes me sad in a beautiful sort of way.
