When it is 30-40 degrees out, I look back on some of the photos I took of our garden in past summers and the bounty derived therefrom. There is a joy that you only know by doing - of planting, tending and harvesting food from your own garden. It is still a bit early, but one or two more sunny weeks will see me out tilling and fertilizing in preparation for yet another great summer garden.
