This recent activity of expressing gratitude on a daily basis has changed my demeanor significantly. Little things that bugged me are irrelevant now. I haven't mastered the "don't let yourself get bugged" - turn-the-other-cheek thing yet, but getting better. There are so many things in our daily lives that we should be grateful for. It is truly amazing what you can appreciate about your life if you let the gratitude in.
