GRATITUDE -August 17, 2012

I AM GRATEFUL FOR SOUND FINANCIAL ADVICE.

...from my wife and my financial adviser.

On the first glance it seemed like a great deal...take some money out of my IRA and buy a rental property that would provide good cash flow...until I was advised that there would be several thousands of dollars penalty and then it wasn't such a good deal anymore.

Thankful I have people that know more about this stuff than I do.
