We have a couple of rental house and there is always a myriad of projects to complete before we can advertise it for rent. Whereas, I am pretty adept at most household tasks there are always sosme I can't do or don't wish to do and we need the services of a licensed contractor.
We wanted the rain gutters cleaned on a few houses and typed in the request and pushed the 'send' button. Literally, 60 seconds later my phone rang and thee was the guy ready to do the job. 5 star rating, and very professional. With that kind of quality, how can you go wrong/ The guys that take 3 days to get back to you, aren't even in the ball park.
