This is an excerpt from '8 Ways to Wellness/Tedd Koren':

"No man on his deathbed ever looked up into the eyes of his family and friends and said 'I wish I'd spent more time at the office'".
SONG OF THE DAY: SOME KIND OF WONDERFUL
Grateful people are happier, less depressed, less stressed, and more satisfied with their lives. Grateful people also have higher levels of control of their environments, personal growth, purpose in life, and self acceptance. Grateful people have more positive ways of coping with the difficulties they experience in life. The longest lasting effects are caused by the act of writing “gratitude journals” every day, coupled with reviewing what you are grateful for, at the beginning of each day.
